I find out what you are looking for and get you the best vacation value. I work with suppliers and have connections that allow us to be privy to special rates and amenities to make our clients vacations the best they can be. Plus, you don't have to spend hours on line or on the phone trying to find the best deal, or putting together every last detail. And if something needs to change, you don't have to go back and take care of it, that's what we do.

I am your advocate before during and after travel. I make sure that you know about the proper insurance, for your upcoming vacation. I also try to prevent any hassles that come up with travel. You may book a connecting flight at an airport, but not realizing that the low price that you found will leave you and your family camped out in the airport overnight. I am there for you during travel as well, you have a personal phone number to contact me right away to troubleshoot an issue while you are traveling. No need to worry about calling a 1-800 number and waiting on hold during your vacation. Because your vacation is worth it. In a rare occurrence that you need to follow up your vacation with an insurance claim or a complain your travel advisor is still your advocate there to assist you.

I will send you a questionnaire that will take about 5 minutes to fill out so I know a few things about your travel preferences and what you are looking to get out of this vacation before we meet.
If you think that we are a good fit, I'll send you over a planning fee agreement and invoice. Once you pay your invoice I will go to work creating your vacation. You can put down your deposit and if you wish make payments.
About a month before you leave on vacation you will start getting small emails from me explaining everything that you will need to know about your vacation. Along with tips on your travels. There will be everything from what to pack, what to wear, weather, and more.
And about two weeks before travel you will receive your documents from me. We can schedule a time to go over them together either in person or over the phone or internet.
And your off - making those once in a lifetime memories!
